I’m delighted to welcome you to the IDSAM website. This platform is designed to serve as a hub for open and informative dialogue on issues related to addiction medicine in our state, to facilitate easy access to essential chapter information and documents and provide closer liaison between IDSAM members and national activities of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
Our chapter is committed to educating the public on the vital role addiction medicine specialists serve in our communities and advocating for legislative changes to combat the disease of addiction. Our goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals struggling with addiction, as well as their loved ones and healthcare providers.
We invite you to explore our website and engage with us in meaningful dialogue on the most pressing issues surrounding addiction medicine. Through our collective efforts, we hope to make a positive impact on the lives of those affected by addiction in Idaho.
